Refund policy draft
The rule
You get a full refund within 7 days of buying a Pass if you’ve used 50 or fewer turns.
Examples
| Bought | Turns used | Refund |
|---|---|---|
| 3 days ago | 40 | Yes, in full |
| 6 days ago | 50 | Yes, in full |
| 3 days ago | 51 | No |
| 8 days ago | 10 | No |
How to ask
Write to [CONTACT EMAIL] from your account email within 7 days. Paddle, our merchant of record, returns the money to your original payment method.
What happens after a refund
The Pass ends when the refund goes through, and you fall back to any free turns you have left that month. The same happens after a chargeback.
What never costs a turn
If it never starts answering, it’s free. Failed turns are not charged in the first place, so you don’t need a refund for them. “Wrong spot?” logs a wrong point so we can fix it. It does not refund a turn.
Deleting your account
An active Pass is forfeited when you delete your account. If you want a refund, ask before you delete.
Still to decide

[LAWYER: statutory refund and withdrawal rights by region, which this policy cannot reduce]
